these are still all drawings from my 2010 sketchbook; what with the baby and other projects (gardening mostly) I simply don't have time to sit and draw. but I know I'll get back into it someday so for now the occasional post of old drawings is keeping this blog alive.

sometimes I see shapes of figures in random shadows like people see pictures in the clouds. These goats I saw one day in the rumples of a carpet where the weave had been rubbed the opposite direction by feet.
