Redhead
This is the same model from yesterday's post, The Jacket. She was seated in the chair with the props on the table. The wall decorations, floor pattern and tablecloth design were all invented into this painting. Oil on canvasboard, 16 x 20".

Lovely painting, reminds me of subject and paintings of some the New York painters from the 1930 to 1950 like Edward Hopper.

You did a great job of inventing the extra items to finish telling the story for this painting. your model is well done too.
Thank you. I have always admired Edward Hopper, it pleases me that one of my paintings echoes similar work.
